Door County Custom Meats specializes in pig roast catering throughout the year for weddings, anniversaries and other special events. Whether you are planning to host a special event for a large group of people such as a wedding reception or company picnic, then you should consider featuring a pig roast done by us. Picture this: a home raised hog, slowly roasted to perfection for over 10-12 hours, using natural chemical free wood pellets, cooked to a golden brown with our own special recipe of spices and seasonings to give it just the right touch for a mouth watering experience. We take pride in what we do and will handle your pig roast with dedication and professionalism. To ensure that your meat is cooked completely, we test the meat with a digital thermometer on a regular basis to ensure it is thoroughly cooked before carving. We do not rent out our equipment since the insurance costs make this prohibitive. We believe however, that our pricing is very competitive and the provision of a full service package offers you peace of mind and a relaxing, enjoyable event.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve that date you care for. This deposit is required in the event of a cancellation. The balance is payable on the day of the event – NO EXCEPTIONS!! Our services and time are precious to us. Door County Custom Meats has a 2 hour serving time allotted. Each additional hour is $100.00. Included in the price of the roast we have figured in the distance from our facility to your party. If the roast is located outside of a 20 mile radius of our butcher shop there is an additional $1.00 per extra mile fee.

75 – 99 people     $8.00 per person
100 - 149 people     $7.00 per person
150-200 people     $1,000.00 or $6.00 per person

If you are interested in extra catering, the cost per person is $15.00.   If you would like extra catering plus plates, napkins and utensils, the cost per person is $16.00.

2 Different Types of Desserts

Disposable chafer or aluminum pans for left-overs.
